So, about 3 or 4 years ago, I talked to this guy on the Internet almost every night for hours. He gave me his cell phone # and told me to call him. Hesitant person that I am, not to mention the fact that I don’t really trust people over the Internet, I never called him. Going through some old papers and stuff I had the other day, deciding what to throw away and what to keep, I came across his number. He was honestly one of the coolest people I’ve ever talked to, and I really thought about calling, just to see if he was there. I did a reverse phone lookup, and the number is still valid and in use, and right where he said he was. So, my question then…would it be okay or even appropriate for me to call/text him after these few years have went by…I wouldn’t want to disrupt his life or anything! And if so, what would I SAY?!? If it was you I was calling, would you be surprised, pissed, or what? Please help, I definetely don’t want to lose this person as a friend if he even remembers me.
